Kapela vznikla v roce 1968 a velmi rychle se transformovala z p\u016fvodn\u00edho beatu do syrov\u00e9ho, energick\u00e9ho blues-rocku s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi psychedelick\u00fdmi prvky. Pol\u0161t\u00ed hudebn\u00ed experti, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0<strong>Wies\u0142aw Weiss<\/strong>\u00a0(autor encyklopedie\u00a0<em>Rock polski<\/em>), zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee Breakout dok\u00e1zali do tehdej\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdchodn\u00edho bloku p\u0159en\u00e9st zvuk a estetiku srovnatelnou se z\u00e1padn\u00edmi \u0161pi\u010dkami typu Cream nebo Jimi Hendrix Experience. Jejich tvorba byla nav\u00edc pevn\u011b spjata s hlubok\u00fdmi texty b\u00e1sn\u00edka\u00a0<strong>Bogdana Loebla<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 hudb\u011b dod\u00e1valy existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed rozm\u011br a odli\u0161ovaly ji od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 popkulturn\u00ed produkce t\u00e9 doby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Album&nbsp;<strong>Karate<\/strong>&nbsp;z roku 1972 p\u0159edstavuje jeden z vrchol diskografie Breakout a je jednou z nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edch polsk\u00fdch rockov\u00fdch desek v\u0161ech dob. Sestava se pro toto nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ust\u00e1lila ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed, kde Nalepu doplnil virtu\u00f3zn\u00ed baskytarista&nbsp;<strong>J\u00f3zef Skrzek<\/strong>&nbsp;(pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00eddr kultovn\u00edch SBB). Deska nab\u00edz\u00ed hutn\u00e9 kytarov\u00e9 riffy, propracovan\u00e1 s\u00f3la a progresivn\u00ed struktury skladeb, kter\u00e9 se vymykaly tehdej\u0161\u00edm standard\u016fm. Po smrti fenomen\u00e1ln\u00edho Randyho Rhoadse hledal Ozzy kytaristu, kter\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal zaplnit pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, a na\u0161el ho v&nbsp;<strong>Jaku E. Leeovi<\/strong>. Ten do kapely p\u0159inesl jin\u00fd, velmi modern\u00ed a agresivn\u00ed styl hran\u00ed, kter\u00fd definoval zvuk heavy metalu 80. let.&nbsp;<strong>Encyclopaedia Metallum<\/strong>&nbsp;vyzdvihuje Leeho schopnost kombinovat technickou virtuozitu s chytlav\u00fdmi riffy.
